LiftLife is a nonprofit organization formed to inspire people to live healthy.

Founded and based in Northern Virginia by a group of high schoolers who are all passionate about lifting and fitness, through this platform, we hope to share our stories and inspire others to live healthy!

Where are we located?

Currently, LiftLife is only located in Northern Virginia (NOVA), but we plan on expanding all around the world. You can help LiftLife achieve this goal and spread our message by starting a chapter.
