Hi my name is Henry Lin and I am a rising senior at Langley High School. My fitness journey began during my freshman year at high school. Coming from a background of obesity and unhealthy eating habits, I have struggled with weight-lossand being overweight for a majority of my life. However, following the covid-infested years, I dedicated my hours towards body weight exercises and home-workouts, cutting from 188 pounds to 145 pounds, then gaining significant muscle mass to reach where I am today at 165 pounds. Currently, I am focused on helping my family adapt to a healthier lifestyle and I hope to share my personal experiences and guide others towards their individual goals.
